Refund policy

1. Order Cancellations Returns, Exchanges Policy:

Order Cancellations:

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.  If for some reason you refuse to receive a shipment and the shipment is returned to us, we can issue a refund for the product, but shipping charges cannot be refunded.

If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us and wait until you receive a confirmation that your order can be canceled. 

Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.

Returns:

We accept returns within 15 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Unopened/unused/sealed items are eligible for exchange or refund. 

Any product showing damage to the box or broken seal cannot be returned, refunded, or credited. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Defective products: Eligible for merchandise credit. No refunds or credits without a valid receipt. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Return Process:

Contact customer service for a return request by emailing support@BEALUSCIOUS.com.  Once it is determined that your merchandise is eligible for a refund, we will provide you with a return authorization number. Include this authorization number on your return package. 

Returns without an authorization number will not be accepted or processed. Packaging and shipping charges is the customer’s responsibility. We highly recommend the following methods when shipping the merchandise back to us:

Package the items well so they don’t get damaged during transit.

Insure your package when shipping back to us.

Use a tracking number or confirmation number.

Important Notes:

BEALUSCIOUS reserves the right to deny refunds. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded. Purchases by unauthorized resellers are ineligible for refunds or credits.

2. Order Processing Times & Shipping:

We do our best to process your order within 1-3 business days. During holidays, it might take longer due to the high volume. Orders are processed during weekdays only.

Shipping information will be emailed to customer after purchase has been completed. 

No shipments on weekends or holidays. Transit times vary according to the destination, but it is usually between 2-7 business days.

Shipping Restrictions:

No deliveries to PO boxes. Home fragrances must ship via ground due to regulations and cannot ship via air. Some products such as diffusers and room sprays cannot be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii. (Alaska/Hawaii residents: Please contact us before purchasing)

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs will be added to the order accordingly. BEALUSCIOUS currently does not currently offer international shipping.
